Draft Commission Documents for Public Comment
The Park County Commission adopts documents frequently as part of their duties as elected officials. Commission documents for adoption are open for public comment unless the document is limited by litigation or human resource restrictions. The Commission will actively seek public comment on a document of significant public interest. When available, these documents will be posted immediately below for county resident review and comment.

To review other documents under consideration by the Park County Commission, paper copies can be obtained under the county Public Records Policy using a Public Information Request. You can download the policy and the form using the links below. A signed, original copy of the form must be hand carried or mailed to the Park County Commission (no faxes or emailed forms are accepted). However, public comment on documents obtained via Public Information Requests may be submitted to commissioners@parkcounty.org. Contact the Park County Commission at 406-222-4106 with questions.
