Grants Review Committee

Purpose.  The Grants Review Committee (GRC) is responsible for (1) reviewing potential new projects and grants, and (2) screening grant applications and requests for County matching funds for completeness, conformity, soundness of budget, and relevance to objectives of the applicable departmental program or County policy. In the case of screening grant applications and requests for matching funds, the GRC makes recommendations on funding to the County Board of Commissioners.


Meetings.  The GRC meets the on an “as-needed” basis. The County Department of Community Development prepares and distributes an agenda prior to the meeting.
