Below is a list of the 33 Montana Counties approved to implement the Emergency Conservation Program (ECP) through Farm Service Agency (FSA) to assist agricultural producers with recovering from flood damage.  This program may assist with debris removal from farmland, replacing fences, releveling/smoothing farmland, and  restoring agricultural conservation structures, such as ponds, springs, dams, diversions, ditches, etc. used for irrigation or livestock water.
