The Livingston – Park County Public Library located near the historic downtown district, on the corner of Callender and Third Street, is a public library that serves a general population of 15,000+ residents of Park County and the City of Livingston.  Built in 1904, it is one of the original Carnegie libraries. The average annual circulation is approximately 95,000 items. 

The Library hosts special events throughout the year, including speakers and entertainers, as well as regular scheduled events such as the Friends of the Library Book Sale, Movie Night, and “Books and Babies” programs.
