The proposed improvements will be installed within the perimeter of the existing green box facility and will consist of replacing the existing fence with 8’ high chain link fence topped with 24” high 3-strand barbed wire and a mesh reinforced concrete apron to prevent intrusion by animals.  Initially, one at grade self-compacting unit will be installed on a concrete apron with a normally closed doghouse receiving hopper to replace existing bins currently used for receiving bagged waste.  Roll offs will continue to be provided for construction/demo material and recycling.  A small shed will be installed for storage and staff use and include provisions for wall mounted site lighting.  Final buildout will include a second at-grade compaction unit.
