Public Information Requests

To review county documents, paper copies can be obtained under the county Public Records Policy using a Public Information Request. You can download the policy and the form using the links below. A signed, original copy of the form must be hand carried or mailed to the Park County Commission (no faxes or emailed forms are accepted).
