Have you gotten a phone call from somebody threatening fines for weeds?  Please report that to the police.

The weed coordinator was told about a recent message somebody found on their answering machine from the "weed officer" threatening a $200 fine for foxtail barley.  The Park County Weed Control District does not issue fines for weeds via phone call.  The non-compliance process is long with many steps starting with a letter, and never a ticket or fine.
