The Park County Weed District and MSU Extension Service have confirmed sites of Ventenata dubia in Park County. Specifically in the Deep Creek Area in Paradise Valley. 

If you live near this area or purchase agricultural products from this area, keep a close eye on the grass species you have on and around your property. If you suspect you may have Ventenata dubia, please conract the Park County Weed District or MSU Extension Service immediately to verify a sample, conduct a site visit, and discuss management options.
